Loading and Unloading Times

During loading, we place great emphasis on compliance with safety regulations, particularly load securing and the careful handling of our products.

• Loading with new goods
  Registration with the gatekeeper with a loading number: Truck and container

  Monday through Thursday:	6:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  Friday:	6:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

  If customs documents are required, the loading times for trucks change:

  Monday through Thursday:	6:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
  Friday:	6:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

• Unloading of Waste Paper
  Registration with the gatekeeper with an unloading number: Standard grades/loose waste paper (1.02 / 1.04 / 1.05 / 4.01 / 4.03):

  Monday through Thursday:	6:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  Friday:	6:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

  Special varieties (all other qualities):

  Monday through Thursday:	7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  Friday:	7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

  Laminating paper

  Monday through Friday:

  7:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Information for drivers

• Directions
  Access is exclusively through Gate 1. This is where you'll find registration, , the entrance to the grounds, ample parking, a cafeteria, and restroom facilities.
• Sign-Up & Registration
  Self-service terminals are available for truck check-in and registration. The following documents are required:

  • Identification Card
  • Truck Loading/Unloading Number
  • for containers, the container number

  Mix deliveries must be registered directly with the gatekeeper. The loading area/container must be clean, dry, undamaged and level, and the tarpaulin must be absolutely watertight. This will be verified by us. Failure to do so may result in the truck/container being rejected.
• Cargo Handling
  1. register on arrival at gate 1 (truck with loading or unloading number and container with container number at the terminal) 2. vehicle registration number is called up via the display panel in the truck parking area 3. drive onto the scale and scan the ticket. The consignment note with the unloading point is created. 4. When loading, drive to the loading area, open the tarp or container, and have the load-securing materials ready. When unloading, drive to the unloading point and release load securing material. The instructions of our shipping personnel must be followed. The white marked loading zone of the loading area may only be left in an emergency, non-compliance may result in a ban from the area.
• Load Securing
  The following load securing materials must be on board as a minimum:

  • 18 tested lashing straps and long lever ratchets LC 2,500 daN/ST F=500 daN
  • 20 flawless and tested anti-slip mats (at least 800 x 150 mm)
  • 36 approved edge protectors
  • 2 headbands

  If the load securing material is insufficient or not in perfect condition, we will provide and invoice replacements.
• Our Services
  • The canteen offers daily changing dishes and fresh bread rolls. Vending machines are available beyond the opening hours.

  Open: Monday–Friday:	6:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  Lunch: Monday–Friday:	12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

  • The sanitary facilities with shower are located in the porter's building, to the right of the canteen. They are open all the time. Against deposit of the car key the drivers get the key for the free use of the shower.
  • The Albers truck repair shop is located nearby.

Information for Freight Forwarders

• Combating Illegal Employment in the Road Freight Transport Sector (GüKBillBG)
  The Act on Combating Illegal Employment in the Road Freight Transport Sector (GüKBillBG) requires shippers to take action against the illegal employment of drivers.

  Please make sure that:

  • the required authorizations under Sections 3, 6, and 7 of the GüKG, as currently in effect, are in place (permit, Euro license, third-country authorization, and, if applicable, CEMT authorization).
  • the drivers assigned to the job carry all documents and permits required for the assignment and present them upon request; this also applies to subcontractors from third countries.
  • A work permit and proof of social security coverage can be provided.
  • The relevant supporting documents will be checked on a random basis.
• Submission of Freight Orders
  Our freight orders are shipped through Transporeon.
• Weight Limits for Trucks
  • Curb weight of the truck: maximum 15 metric tons
  • Load capacity up to 40 metric tons gross vehicle weight (or 44 metric tons in combined transport). For electric trucks, the gross vehicle weight is increased by 2 metric tons in each case
• Consolidated shipments
  Additional cargo is not permitted without prior consultation.
• Different loading or delivery dates
  Please notify us immediately by email or phone if you are unable to meet the assigned loading time at our facility or the delivery date and time at the customer's location.
• Damage During Shipping
  Please notify us immediately by email or phone if any damage occurred during shipping.
• Customs Clearance
  Please note that for shipments requiring a customs declaration, the relevant documents must be taken with you before leaving the plant.
• System Integration for Shipment Tracking
  An integration with Sixfold's Real-Time Visibility is desired.
