2,490 euros for voluntary projects

From fire departments to defibrillators and sports equipment – a donation program for PKV employees has also helped numerous volunteer projects in the region in 2021 despite the pandemic.

Cohesion and commitment are important professional values in the PKV. All the more reason for the company to welcome the fact that many colleagues are also intensively involved in good causes in their private lives. In the “PKV Extra” donation program, which was launched for the first time in 2020, PKV provides funds each year to act as a donor or sponsor for projects in which employees are active on a voluntary basis. It is also easy to apply for these grants via an app on the company’s own social intranet; the awarding of the grants is decided by lot. In 2021, PKV was able to support a total of 13 projects at these associations, projects and institutions with the help of its employees:
