All the more reason for the company to welcome the fact that many colleagues are also intensively involved in good causes in their private lives. In the &#8220;PKV Extra&#8221; donation program, which was launched for the first time in 2020, PKV provides funds each year to act as a donor or sponsor for projects in which employees are active on a voluntary basis. It is also easy to apply for these grants via an app on the company&#8217;s own social intranet; the awarding of the grants is decided by lot.
